By accessing or using Rolebit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of Rolebit, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

Rolebit provides AI-assisted company research, contact sourcing, CV-to-role matching, and outreach draft generation. The Service is intended to help individuals research companies and prepare personalised outreach for job applications.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials secure.

You agree not to use Rolebit to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or automated outreach at scale • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Harvest contact data for commercial purposes unrelated to your own job search • Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse the Service • Share your account with others or resell access to the Service

Rolebit is designed for personal job search use. Using it for commercial outreach, lead generation, or automated mass messaging is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

The Rolebit platform, including its design, code, and underlying systems, is owned by Rolebit Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

Content you generate using Rolebit — including research briefs, outreach drafts, and match reports — belongs to you. You retain full ownership of anything you create with the Service.

Company research results are derived from publicly available sources and are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any research output.

Contact suggestions are based on public signals. We cannot guarantee that contacts are current, accurate, or reachable.

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service's suitability for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolebit Ltd's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

On termination, your access to the Service will end immediately. Pack history and stored data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
